Rochelle’s opinion
“I think I, among others, was a bit sceptical when Frozen was first announced. Would this just be a Disney money-spinner off the back of the film’s unprecedented success? I couldn’t have been happier to be proven wrong. The stage show stands alone from the film in many ways and has certainly had the Disney magic sprinkled on it. What stood out for me was how great it was as a technical piece of theatre. The set and the design is wonderful. It’s far from a copy of the film but still has the story and characters your children love. The best bit is that the adults love it too!”

How do I get cheap Frozen tickets?
You might think a trip will set you back hundreds, but here’s some tips that will fix you up with cheap Frozen tickets from just £20.
Last-minute cheap tickets
Despite the show’s (and film’s) huge popularity, initial ticket sales have died down and, with a lovely big theatre to fill, cheap tickets are slightly easier to come by. Most of the time you can find tickets under £30 directly from the theatre for the next week’s performances. But the best way to secure the best seats for a similar price is through Disney’s Magical Mondays.
Each Monday at noon, Disney releases a select number of £29.50 tickets for its shows, including Frozen. They are great seats, normally near to top price, and they are available for performances that week. This includes ‘peak’ performances at weekends, although those ones can be a little harder to get due to demand. Take a look at my top tips for more information on Magical Mondays.
If you’re unlucky with Magical Mondays, there’s another chance to get great last-minute tickets. TodayTix has £29.50 rush tickets for the show. These tickets are available each morning at 10am for performances the same day. You can find out more about rush tickets in my dedicated guide.
Cheap tickets for booking ahead
There are a surprisingly high number of options for cheap seats when booking ahead. The theatre seats just under 2,000 people, and two floors (the grand circle and balcony) have a ton of tickets under £30. The cheapest seats are £20 – these are generally found at the rear and sides of the balcony. They are restricted and quite far from the stage. They’re not really recommended for children due to safety bars that may restrict the view. I’d recommend, for just £5 more, going for the restricted £25 seats on the aisles in the grand circle. They are priced this way due to another safety bar that could potentially block your view. However, it doesn’t seem as restrictive and also moves you much closer the the stage.
These two levels also offer a lot of seats at £29.50. There’s even two single seats on each side of the royal circle at this price that have good reviews for the price. Remember to check Seat Plan when booking tickets so you know what view to expect.
